As Marketing Executive at Gratte Brothers Group, I managed the company’s internal newsletter, The GratteVine, which has been running since 2001.
As the business expanded, so did the volume and variety of news to share with its 500+ employees. To better reflect this growth, I transformed The GratteVine from a short newsletter into a full internal magazine, sourcing stories from across the entire Group.
Each month, I led on content planning, design, copywriting, photography and branding. This hands-on approach improved both engagement and readership, helping to foster a stronger sense of connection within the workforce and contributing to increased employee retention.
